Healthadda.com ships its products to all parts of India. Product is shipped through registered domestic courier company or Speed post. Products are shipped within a maximum of 2-3 working days from the date of order placed.

However if there is any delay in shipping due to natural calamities or out of stock, We will give prior information to the customer to the registered mail id or phone number.

Products will be delivered as per the address mentioned at the time of registration and providing mobile number helps in fast delivery. However we are not liable of any wrong address mentioned at the time of registration.

Healthadda.com is not liable of any delay in delivery by the Courier Company or postal authorities.

Healthadda.com provides cash on Delivery services for around 1900 regions. Orders with Pin code which don’t have service will be cancelled.

Healthadda.com will dispatch the product on all days except Sunday and Public Holidays.

Healthadda.com provides free shipping on all prepaid orders above or equal to Rs.750. In case of order value Below Rs.750 and additional of Rs.50 will be charged.


Healthadda.com provides Cash on Delivery (COD) services for almost 1900 regions. We have provided the search list where you can type your pin code and check for the cod availability.

However if Customer placed COD order for non-serviceable region, email notification will be send to registered email id in requesting to place online payment or Customer will receive a call from Healthadda Customer Support executive.

Cash on Delivery order for non-serviceable will be cancelled within a time limit of 1 Week. However prior information will be given the Customer.

For Cash on Delivery order an additional Rs.50 will be charged.

Note: Maximum allowed amount for COD order is Rs 10,000. Above that customer has to use alternate payment method.


In Case you find any problems like damage or defects in the product at the time of Delivery, You can simply return the product to us. On successful processing returns team will either replace the product or refund the amount based on the confirmation of Customer.

In case of any defects customer are asked to give information via Phone or email to info@healthadda.com. Healthadda team will contact you and will arrange for reverse pickup if the region is serviceable by the logistic partner or we will ask you to return the product where the courier charges a maximum of Rs.200 will be refunded on documents.

Terms and Conditions for return or Replacement:

1. If Product not working properly.

2. If the product completely not satisfied.

3. If received wrong product.

4. If received damaged product.

5. If received out dated products in case of supplements, Strips etc.,

6. Personal hygiene products like diapers, toothbrushes, paste etc., are not eligible for return or replacement.

7. If damage caused from your end is not applicable for return or replacement.

8. Products must be in their original condition.

9. Only unused materials with proper tags will be accepted.
